Job summary

The position emphasizes training, coaching, and adherence to store policies while collaborating to meet sales targets and maintain a high standard of store presentation. This is a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and product knowledge.
• Facilitate the associate experience including training, onboarding, mentoring and coaching.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks.
• Lead and direct associates when acting as Leader on Duty.
• Address and administer associate complaints and grievances.
• Ensure store merchandising, inventory management, and POS accuracy.
• Maintain store standards and uphold Policies, Procedures and Code of Ethics.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and live cycle counts.
