The role emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring a positive pet-parent experience with a strong focus on process, accuracy, and customer service. This is a full-time on-site position in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and training.
• Lead in daily tasks and as leader on duty when needed.
• Manage merchandising strategies and product placement.
• Oversee inventory levels, audits, and stock replenishment decisions.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash per policy.
• Ensure store standards and compliant with policies and ethics.
