Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience.
• Full-time availability; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications and POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Provide training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching for growth.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and daily tasks.
• Manage inventory with regular audits and stock replenishment recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy of POS transactions and cash handling.
• Maintain store standards and uphold store policies and ethics.
• Support pet care operations and customer experience.
