U.S. Bank is seeking a results-driven professional to deliver exceptional customer service and provide financial solutions to small businesses. The role requires active prospecting, relationship development, and collaboration with branch partners to grow revenue and meet targets.

Daily responsibilities include servicing accounts, identifying product needs, opening new accounts, and referring clients to Business Banking or other divisions. Applicants should be ready to work from a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Understanding of banking operations, product knowledge, sales, new business development, customer service/relations, and community relations.
• Basic knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and can convey business recommendations in an effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service in accordance with U.S. Bank Core Values and provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses.
• Develop and deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling and business development activities.
• Work with branch partners and clients to identify product solutions and open accounts, while servicing and maintaining customer relationships.
