Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a results-driven professional to deliver exceptional financial solutions to small businesses. You will deepen existing relationships and actively develop new opportunities through outbound prospecting and collaboration with branch partners.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales targets, and delivering banking products to businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million. A consistent, in-office presence is required five days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service in line with Core Values.
• Provide financial solutions to small businesses with $500k–$2.5M revenue.
• Develop new relationships via outbound prospecting and business development.
• Assist with account openings, product referrals and servicing needs.
• Work from a U.S. Bank location five days a week; expect 2+ hours of driving weekly.
