Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a results-driven professional to deliver exceptional customer service and provide tailored financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million. You will deepen existing relationships through proactive calling and cultivate new opportunities via targeted business development activities.

The role requires outside prospecting, account openings, and collaboration with branch partners and businesses across U.S. Bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience
• Understanding of banking operations and policies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following U.S. Bank Core Values
• Offer comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M revenue
• Develop relationships via routine calling and business development activities
• Open accounts, recommend product solutions and service accounts
• Collaborate with branch partners, COIs, clients and other business lines
• Refer clients to Business Banking or other U.S. Bancorp areas for needs
