Job summary

DriveTime is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, match them with the right vehicle and financing options, and guide them toward a purchase. You will support dealership operations, ensure compliance, and help deliver a high-quality customer experience.

The role involves progressing through multi-phase levels (0–4) with increasing responsibility in sales, operations, inventory, and leadership as you certify. Strong collaboration and a focus on growth are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for past 3 years; must be 18+.
• Pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle: make calls, secure appointments, convert visits to sales.
• Perform store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and admin tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, financing options, and dealership processes.
• Develop sales competencies including negotiation and customer experience; collaborate with team.
