You'll work closely with the General Manager on scheduling, cost controls, and staff development to maintain a dynamic, guest-centric environment. This full-time role requires 18+ and ServSafe certification, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years strong food prep and line experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies, standards, training, and hg culture.
• Elevate team performance to HG standards and deliver top guest experiences.
• Support General Manager with scheduling, admin duties, and staff evaluations.
• Coach and develop Service Managers and frontline staff to ensure hospitality excellence.
