Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe Certification.
• Two years of strong food prep and line experience.
• Fast casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead honeygrow restaurant operations through enforcing policies, standards, training, and culture.
• Strive to be a top performer and elevate the team and brand.
• Assist General Manager in teaching and developing staff to meet hg standards.
• Demonstrate integrity, hospitality, and guest service excellence.
• Be capable of performing every restaurant station and trained up to Assistant General Manager level.
• Supervise shifts and manage operations in GM's absence.
