Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire qualified staff and schedule to meet guest flow per company standards.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under supervision of GM.
• Maintain safe, clean and compliant operations and facilities.
• Lead meetings and communicate procedures, promotions and safety rules.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and records per policy.
