Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior plans, gather real-time data, and collaborate with families to ensure generalization of skills.

The role emphasizes reliability, clear communication, and a passion for helping families achieve meaningful progress, with opportunities for professional growth and flexible scheduling where possible.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
