Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, following plans created by supervising BCBA. You’ll collect real-time data, collaborate with families, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for sessions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency and generalization.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
