Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect progress data in clinical software.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and clinicians, ensuring a safe, positive environment and meaningful skill development for each child.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
