Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy provides high‑quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays. You will work under supervising BCBAs, implement behavior plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent skill development.

The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and data-driven progress in a supportive team environment with professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
