Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Experience with property management software is a must.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to multitask.

Aufgaben

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Qualify leads, process applications, and run background/credit checks.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute leases and onboarding packages for new residents.
• Design marketing plans to generate traffic and maintain occupancy.
• Promote the community on Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
• Support retention and respond to resident questions and concerns.
• Maintain records using property management software.
