Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Nashua to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for a multi-family community. The role includes showing apartments, processing applications, coordinating marketing, and supporting the Property Manager in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in leasing/sales or customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site work with potential weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a must.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments and amenities.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and assist in resident retention efforts.
• Support the Property Manager in daily operations to ensure a positive living experience.
