Virginia Maryland Tractor seeks a Location Manager for the Greater Virginia and Lower Maryland locations. You will lead operations to meet business plans, manage resources, and drive customer satisfaction across multiple departments.

You will develop relationships with customers, guide the management team, and coordinate marketing and sales activities, ensuring a professional facility and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a retail environment.
• 1+ year(s) experience as parts/service manager or in sales preferred.
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
• Experience handling elevated customer issues.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Knowledge of financial metrics, marketing, and sales/parts/service operations.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Executes the business plan and drives financial performance (sales, budgets, costs).
• Builds and maintains positive customer relationships and resolves issues.
• Ensures clear cross-department communication at the location.
• Promotes dealership values, vision and mission locally.
• Collaborates with other store managers for best practices.
• Supports corporate changes within the location.
• Plans and executes marketing activities and events.
• Oversees facility appearance, maintenance and security.
• Represents the company in machinery sales to key customers as needed.
• Contributes to hiring, coaching, and evaluating the management team.
• Maintains ongoing relationships with John Deere personnel.
