Job summary

Apex Service Partners seeks a Marketing Manager to support five service locations across the Baltimore market area. You’ll drive lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth by turning marketing investments into measurable results across brands.

You will partner with General Managers, regional leaders, internal teams, and agencies to optimize a $3M marketing spend and deliver ROAS targets while maintaining brand consistency and market presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing management experience across multiple locations.
• Strong digital marketing expertise including PPC, SEO, and LSA.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with ROI tracking.
• Ability to collaborate with operations leaders, field teams, agencies and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local and regional marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Manage and optimize investments across PPC, SEO, Local Services Ads, paid social, and other channels.
• Partner with General Managers to align marketing initiatives with local objectives and capacity.
• Manage a marketing budget of approximately $3M, making data-driven investment decisions to maximize ROI.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics including leads, conversions, CAC, and revenue impact.
• Lead agency and vendor relationships, ensuring KPIs are met and performance improves.
