Responsibilities

• Ensure all stores meet or exceed targets for food, labor and service performance.
• Perform P&L reviews with direct supervisor each month.
• Maintain minimum 50-hour work weeks with one day off and one on-call day.
• Ensure compliance with all Domino's Pizza standards and safety procedures.
• Oversee staffing, training of team members, and equipment maintenance.
• Implement new products or ideas smoothly across stores.
• Maintain monthly inventory checks and accurate store-level paperwork.
