Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a strong General Manager to lead a high-energy, guest-focused store in Maryland. You will oversee up to 45 employees, build a culture of excellence, and implement strategies to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a winning team, while managing operations, scheduling, and financial performance to meet sales and cost targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
