Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
• Experience operating and maintaining grain-elevator machinery is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the grain facility by ensuring efficient grain movement and quality while meeting company goals and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day responsibilities including staffing, maintenance, sales, customer service and safety of the facility.
• Use mechanical skills to operate and maintain all machinery and equipment of the grain elevator.
• Help coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks while building key relationships with customers in the area.
