Prime Landscaping & Snow Removal, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales and revenue growth in landscaping services. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with architects, property managers, HOAs, and clients, and deliver tailored landscaping solutions.

The role offers a base salary during a 3-month probation, then transitions to a full commission structure based on performance. Local travel and ongoing account management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in landscaping or construction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally and manage client relations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within landscaping services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, property managers, HOAs and other clients.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to create tailored proposals.
• Conduct site visits and provide accurate project estimates.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to hit revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM to track leads and deals.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by managing expectations.
