Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in green industry roles, strong sales skills, and the ability to adapt to seasonal demands. This role offers a base plus commission, with opportunity for significant earnings.

Qualifications

• Green Industry Experience: At least 1 year in lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal.
• Sales Skills: Strong closing ability and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Time Mgmt: Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Flexible hours across seasons.

Responsibilities

• Hit Your Targets: Achieve growth and crush sales goals by securing contracts in lawn maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Create Winning Proposals: Input site take-offs, map out plans, and create detailed proposals for enhancement and contract services.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct weekly site audits and client site walks to ensure service excellence for your portfolio of clients.
• Retain & Renew: Maintain and grow your book of business with high renewal rates.
• Upsell & Enhance: Identify opportunities to upsell landscape enhancements and drive revenue.
• Winter Ready: Collaborate with the production team during winter weather events to service properties and ensure quality audits.
• Take Initiative: Proactively take on additional responsibilities as needed.
