Job summary

Prime Landscaping & Snow Removal, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales and revenue growth in landscaping services. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with architects, property managers, HOAs, and clients, and deliver tailored landscaping solutions.

The role offers a base salary during a 3-month probation, then transitions to a full commission structure based on performance. Local travel and ongoing account management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in landscaping or construction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally and manage client relations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager specializing in landscaping services, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and delivering tailored landscaping solutions.

This is a performance-driven role with unlimited earning potential. During the initial 3-month probationary period, you'll receive a base salary to help you get up to speed and ramp up your pipeline. After that, the position transitions to a full commission-based structure, where your income directly reflects your results.
