Job summary

Botanical Designs LLC. seeks an Account Manager to manage client accounts, build relationships, and be the main contact for assigned clients. This role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and growth, with commission potential available.

The AM will partner with internal teams, upsell services, and maintain CRM records to track progress and pipeline health. A strong background in landscaping and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
• Minimum 5 years landscaping experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with account contacts for long-term retention.
• Identify growth opportunities via upselling or cross-selling services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client goals and deliverables.
• Design and execute solutions to resolve client issues to completion.
• Lead meetings with decision makers and qualify business opportunities.
• Monitor market dynamics and industry trends for risks and opportunities.
• Create client proposals and tailored presentations for opportunities.
• Update CRM daily with business development activity and opportunities.
• Participate in pipeline reviews, sales meetings, and training sessions.
