Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC in Irving, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the primary contact for pricing, product availability, order status, and project support. You will process quotes and orders in our ERP system while building strong customer relationships and supporting regional sales growth.

In this role you will collaborate with outside sales, purchasing, and operations to meet timelines, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Construction supply or related industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with urgency and accountability.
• ERP systems experience and Eclipse preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for pricing, product availability, order status, and project support.
• Process quotes and sales orders accurately and efficiently through the ERP system.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and exceptional service.
• Drive additional sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive engagement.
• Coordinate with purchasing to source non-stock materials and meet customer timelines.
