Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in industrial/engineering/energy/tech sectors.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with stakeholder influence.
• Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of industrial/energy markets and demand generation.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Shape and activate brand, communications, and marketing engine to drive growth.
• Blend external communications, product marketing, brand stewardship, and strategic planning.
• Translate complex technologies into customer value propositions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and Centers of Excellence on campaigns.
• Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Lead go-to-market planning for product launches.
• Ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand narratives.
• Develop external narratives and thought leadership opportunities.
• Support PR with content, customer stories, and case studies.
• Build personas and customer journey strategies.
• Provide crisis communications support when required.
• Govern content creation, editorial planning, and brand compliance.
