Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to support regional growth by engaging customers and aligning technical solutions with business needs. You will work with engineering and commercial teams to prepare proposals and bids, ensuring responsive, value-driven offerings.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, understanding customer priorities, and translating requirements into technically sound solutions to drive orders and long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with technical sales experience).
Sales experience or customer-facing commercial experience in technical/industrial environments is preferred.
Interest in building technical acumen with exposure to industrial equipment and power transmission solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities
