Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Business Management Senior Director - Business Operations in Houston to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability across the plant product line.

You will own P&L, budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives; lead cross-functional teams across operations, manufacturing, project management, and customer-facing groups; and champion continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Own plant product line P&L, budgets, forecasts and strategy development.
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, project management, manufacturing, and customer-facing groups to deliver outcomes.
• Optimize structures, processes and resource allocation for efficiency and scalability.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance and results.
• Establish operating rhythms, metrics and accountability for execution excellence.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including standardization and modernization programs.
• Drive adoption of integrated business systems to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Build high-performing leadership teams and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align capabilities with growth objectives.
• Oversee the business through strategic leadership and tactical management.
• Coach and direct staff to meet KPIs including safety, quality, cost, delivery and more.
