Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to lead the operation of a location, drive revenue growth, and manage staff development with a focus on safety and service excellence.

The role reports to the Area Director and offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 with bonus potential up to $17,500. Flexibility to work 45–50 hours per week and a fast-growing business environment are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience and/or education may be considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced environments such as retail or hospitality.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth while ensuring safety and service standards.
• Develop a positive team culture through coaching and leadership.
• Oversee payroll, hiring, training, and performance management; enforce company policies.
