Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced setting.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees with hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and sales acumen with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Develop staff and manage performance and retention.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with site standards.
• Utilize KPI tools to increase membership revenue and retention.
