Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee a location’s operations, revenue, and safety. You will lead a diverse team, manage staffing and development, and ensure exceptional customer service from start to finish.

The role reports to the Area Director, with base salary of $60,000–$65,000 plus bonus potential. 45–50 hours weekly, strong leadership required, and a focus on growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Car wash experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth while ensuring safety and service standards.
• Coach and develop team members; recruit, hire, train, and manage performance.
• Oversee payroll tasks, including reviewing and approving employee hours, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Utilize KPI tools to increase membership revenue and retention.
• Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and safety across the site.
