Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee a location’s performance, operations, and staff. You will lead day-to-day activities, drive revenue growth, and uphold safety and service standards to deliver a 5-star experience for customers and employees.

The role reports to the Area Director and offers a base salary of $55,000 with potential bonuses up to $17,500, plus benefits. You will recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
