Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee location performance. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive revenue, ensure safety and service standards, and manage staff development. Reports to the Area Director.

Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 with bonus potential up to $17,500. This role requires managing teams, maintaining KPI-driven growth, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and develop team; manage hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Utilize KPI tools to grow memberships and retention.
