Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a location’s performance, operations, and team culture. You will lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure safety and service standards, reporting to the Area Director.

The role offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 with bonus potential up to $17,500, reflecting a comprehensive leadership opportunity within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused team culture.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Utilize KPI tools and BI insights to increase membership revenue and retention.
• Perform payroll-related tasks and support hiring and development.
