The Store Manager reports to the General Manager and earns a base salary in the mid-to-upper range plus bonus potential, with opportunities for career advancement within a fast-growing service organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8-12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees from drive-up to drive-out.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and task completion to meet site standards.
