Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to lead a location’s day-to-day operations, drive revenue growth, and maintain high safety and service standards. You will guide staff development, enforce policies, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from entry to exit.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and hands-on leadership to build a positive team culture while meeting financial targets. 45–50 hours/week and a focus on growth opportunities are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced environments (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Car wash experience not required; strong leadership and sales acumen are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth while ensuring safety and high service standards.
• Cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace culture through coaching and leadership growth.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members; manage performance and retention.
• Create schedules for daily/weekly operations; ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Drive membership sales and revenue using KPI insights; manage controllable costs with leadership support.
• Oversee payroll tasks, onboarding, performance management, and adherence to company policies.
