Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to lead the performance and daily operations of a location. You will drive revenue, ensure safety and service standards, and develop a high-performing team while reporting to the Area Director.

This role requires 45–50 hours per week, a high school diploma, and 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced settings. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 with bonus potential up to $17,500, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees with hiring, training, and performance management.
