Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations, staff development, and customer experience at a busy location. You will lead a team, drive revenue growth, and ensure safety standards while managing budgets and KPIs.

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work 45–50 hours per week. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 with bonus potential up to $17,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail/hospitality or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to build a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Create and communicate daily/weekly schedules; ensure maintenance and cleanliness.
• Drive revenue growth through team development and effective customer interactions.
