Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager for the TitleMax location in Dekalb, GA. You will lead daily operations, drive store performance, and supervise a team to deliver premier customer service.

You’ll receive hands‑on coaching, executive exposure, and a comprehensive training program to develop your leadership and people skills while growing revenue and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth through system training and performance reports.
• Lead local marketing efforts, build partnerships, obtain referrals, and host community events to drive revenue.
• Oversee loan/pawn applications, assess risk, and ensure compliance with limits and regulations.
• Supervise cash handling, loss prevention, and daily financial controls.
• Develop staff schedules in line with budget and store needs; ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain store appearance, planogram compliance, and promotional materials.
• Ensure full-time attendance including weekends; manage on-site tasks and maintenance.
