Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Dekalb, GA is seeking a General Manager to drive store performance, lead a high‑performing team, and uphold our standards for service, compliance, and growth. You’ll own daily operations, coach staff, and push revenue through local marketing and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience with supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Operations leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop all team members to grow new business and revenue.
• Lead local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and assess risk within established limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and local/state laws.
