Job summary

TitleMax in Kingsland, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, grow revenue, uphold compliance, and build brand loyalty through world-class customer service. You’ll coach and develop teams, drive local marketing, manage loan/pawn transactions, and ensure policies are followed in a high-performance, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth.
• Lead the charge for local marketing strategies and community events to drive revenue.
• Examine loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and laws; participate in audits and compliance reviews.
• Supervise cash handling, loss prevention, and financial controls.
• Open/close procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties.
• Participate in hiring, retention, and scheduling to meet store needs.
