Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily e-Commerce activities, staff the department, and drive sales to meet budgets. You will hire, train, and develop associates while ensuring a safe, compliant workplace in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory coordination, process optimization, and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of store e-Commerce to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Staffing the department and developing associates to achieve results.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online staff.
• Plan product flow and create schedules per guidelines.
• Lead initiatives and supervise e-Commerce team activities.
• Ensure customer expectations for shopping experience and order accuracy.
• Monitor inventory and address issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Provide feedback to management and coordinate with district/division staff.
