Job summary

Aperion Care is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort. You will monitor vital signs, document care, and report observations to nursing supervisors while upholding privacy and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license or certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED achieved.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Willingness to take additional training as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential CNA care to residents per care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, mobility and comfort.
• Monitor vital signs and document care activities.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to clinical leadership.
