Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential resident care on weekends, assisting with hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort while upholding dignity and privacy.

You will monitor vital signs, document care activities, and report observations to nursing staff in line with HIPAA and regulatory requirements. Part-time roles are available; training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Willingness to take additional training or education as states may require.
• Effective written and verbal communication with residents and staff.
• Flexible and adaptable with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort.
• Monitor vitals and document care activities; report observations to nursing supervisors.
• Protect residents' privacy and dignity per HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing education to maintain certification.
• Perform duties as assigned to ensure health, welfare, and safety of residents.
• Communicate with clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
