Job summary

Adecco Group in Patterson Heights, PA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruitment strategies, and branch P&L. You will develop top talent, manage day-to-day performance, and ensure service levels and KPIs are met while delivering excellent client and candidate experiences.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, negotiating terms, overseeing credit and billing, and implementing branch forecasts and budgets.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls, and develop revenue/expense forecasts.
• Lead recruiting activities, coach recruiters, and develop top talent.
• Set pay and bill rates, ensure SLA targets and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and foster strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
