Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, account retention, and recruitment strategies within the PA region. The role focuses on building relationships, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales within a personnel services environment, plus supervisory experience and the ability to drive performance across a branch team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years related work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year supervisory/management experience in sales or service.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute business plans to grow client base and revenue.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to meet KPIs.
• Maintain high client and candidate satisfaction; conduct regular business reviews.
• Monitor pay and bill rates; negotiate terms and renewals.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings; drive process improvements.
