The role blends outreach, marketing follow-up and onboarding support, requiring strong communication and relationship-building across the DMV area and beyond.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in sales, customer service, marketing or similar customer-facing role.
• Outgoing, energetic, confident engaging with customers and partners.
• Comfortable driving outreach via phone, email and digital channels.
• Organized, tech-friendly with multi-lead management.

Responsibilities

• Own the first touch with inbound leads and new customer inquiries.
