Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and the internet.

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and internet leads.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
• Build strong relationships and deliver a top-tier customer experience.
• Maintain and update online vehicle listings.
• Generate and track leads through CRM systems.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Support sales and service teams with follow-up and customer outreach.
• Complete administrative tasks and reports as needed.
