The role reports to the Property Manager and involves rent collection, evaluation of applications, and enforcing community guidelines.

Responsibilities include lease administration, move-in audits, and preparing monthly reports, with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; 1+ year in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Compile and use market information for decision making.
• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue postings.
• File evictions when applicable and comply with local laws.
• Review applications and verify income/qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents are executed.
• Manage resident billing and budgeting awareness.
• Assist with leasing and tours; handle escalated service requests.
• Support property manager to meet occupancy goals.
• Host resident functions and renewals.
• Some weekends may be required.
